We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–7 business days for most locations across Pakistan.

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges

If a Free Shipping promotion is running, eligible orders will automatically receive free delivery according to the promotion's terms.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure that:

  • A valid mobile phone number is provided.

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (where available) through SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,

  • The provided address is incorrect,

  • The phone number is unreachable, or

  • The parcel is refused without a valid reason,

the order may be returned to us.

Repeated refused deliveries may result in future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders being declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include your Order Number along with clear photos or videos of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
